Steffen Hesche – Managing Director Conergy India

Steffen Hesche has a degree in Business Economics from the University of Dresden in Germany. In the last 17 years, he has taken on roles in planning, controlling, production, supply chain, finance and global logistics with a number of MNCs. Since taking on the position of Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain for Conergy Asia Pacific in 2011, he successfully led the Operations improvement efforts within Conergy India. He was also involved in the execution of one of the largest grid connected solar PV power plants in the country. As the Managing Director of Conergy India, Steffen Hesche is responsible for Conergy's business in India.

Prakash Shetty – Director Conergy India

Prakash Shetty is a founding member of SunTechnics India, the Indian subsidiary of the Conergy Group and currently serves as its Director. Since taking on the leadership role at SunTechnics India in 2010, now known as Conergy India, he spearheaded many of Conergy's projects in India for both on-grid and off-grid PV systems. He has almost three decades of Industrial experience in various levels of management across a number of industries from Solar Photovoltaics to the diversified Technology and Engineering sectors.

Ramesh Taterao – Vice President Conergy India

Ramesh Taterao is the Vice President EPC - Engineering, Construction and Sales of Large Scale Projects. Ramesh has a vast experience of 26 years in the power sector and joined Conergy from French power equipment company ALSTOM where he served as the Director for Projects, responsible for the Indian services business.

Throughout his career he held several position in sales, project management, field services and construction and gained 3 years of international experience with Alstom Switzerland. Ramesh holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Mysore university.
